Aqua Dog started in 2010 with a simple idea: treat every dog like one of our own. Today, owner and certified master groomer Lana Sauceman and the team care for Chattanooga's pups from a quick self-serve rinse to a full week of luxury lodging, all from our shop on Mackey Branch Drive.

Do I need an appointment for grooming?
Yes, grooming and spa services are by appointment. Daycare and lodging are reservation-based too, the fastest way to book is through our online portal or a quick call to (423) 596-4748. The self-serve dog wash is walk-in, no appointment needed.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
For everyone's safety, dogs joining daycare, lodging or grooming should be current on Rabies, Distemper (DHPP) and Bordetella. Bring records on your first visit or have your vet send them over ahead of time.
Is daycare cage-free, and how is play supervised?
Our K9 Social Club is cage-free. Dogs play in supervised groups matched by size and temperament, with staff watching the whole time. New pups do a short evaluation so we can place them in the right group.
What sizes and breeds do you groom?
All of them. From tiny doodles and Poms to greyhounds and giant breeds, our certified master groomer and creative specialist handle every coat and every size.
Do you board for the holidays?
Yes, and holiday lodging dates fill up fast. We're booking now, so reserve early to lock in your dates. Many families add a bath or full groom before pickup so their dog comes home fresh.
Can I just use the self-serve wash?
Absolutely. Walk in any time during business hours, we provide the raised tubs, warm water, shampoo, towels and dryers. You do the washing, we clean up the mess.
